What Sets Us Apart

We’re not your average contractor, and we don’t want to be. When we say we’ll be there, we show up. We return calls. We manage timelines, troubleshoot challenges, and treat every project like it’s our own. That reliability is the reason our clients come back, and why they confidently refer us to others.

Why We Build

Building isn’t just a business, it’s a responsibility. We’re often working on someone’s biggest investment, and we don’t take that lightly. Every project is approached with precision and a commitment to getting it right the first time. We believe in doing work that lasts, in structures that serve real people, and in a process that’s transparent from start to finish.

Framing, Elevated

CCB is known for expert framing work on projects throughout Utah and Wyoming. Our framing crews work fast, clean, and with precision, especially on the high-end jobs where every inch matters. Builders trust us to get the structure right the first time, because when the framing is solid, everything else falls into place.

Our Values

We believe quality craftsmanship should be the rule, not the exception. Our clients trust us with their homes, their businesses, and often their biggest investments. And that trust means something to us. Transparency, consistency, and respect guide the way we work. No fluff, no false promises. Just results you can be proud of.

Meet Our Founder

Shane Francis began his construction career in 1996 with a framing hammer in hand and a passion for building things the right way. After earning dual degrees in Construction Management and Facility Management from Weber State University, he combined his on-site experience with formal training to launch CCB Construction in 2016. His goal was simple: create a company that values craftsmanship, clear communication, and real accountability. Shane still takes pride in every structure the team builds. Because for him, there’s nothing better than driving past a finished project and knowing it was done right.
